Our team has experience in building large scale products and setting up offshore development centers working with global teams.

Our founders have 25+ years of experience in IT and ITES domain working in Multi National Companies working with Global Customers across the world in prior engagements . We are the young company but yet proven in delivering large scale projects, developing specialized applications for Global companies.

Balla has 25+ years of experience in product design, process improvement, Innovation management. Before starting the company, he had working in multinational companies like Tech Mahindra, L&T Technology services. He worked as Innovation leader driving Innovation management initiatives in L&T TS across the company. He is a certified master black belt from Indian Statistical Institute(ISI Hyd) and also from GE Appliances and certified blackbelt from ASQ;

Vivekanand Chittampally

Senior Executive with over 20 years ownership in human capital management and operations in diversified industry domains such as Market Research, ITES/KPO and IT Product development. Partnering with the business leaders – CXOs for aligning the business goals with people plans for creating an effective and transparent performance metric systems.;

Dr. V. V. Girivardhan
